• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information.
  

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings(KES) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment: Order payments must be made using the payment methods available on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

• Shipping Policy: We ship products to various locations within Kenya, as well as to Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Congo, and South Sudan. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  

• International Shipping: For orders shipped outside of Kenya, additional customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon
  delivery.

• Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or any damages that occur during shipping. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our return policy. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Furaha Finds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Furaha Finds, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Furaha Finds regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
