1. Shipping Coverage

  • Local Shipping: Furaha Finds delivers to all major cities and towns within Kenya.
  • International Shipping: Currently, international shipping is available to Uganda,Tanzania, and Rwanda.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Local Delivery: Deliveries of upto 5kg within Nairobi CBD are free. Deliveries within Nairobi is at a flat rate of KES 350.
  • International Delivery: Shipping rates for international orders depend on the destination and package weight. Please contact customer support via support@furahafinds.com or call +254745549999 for further assistance.

3. Delivery Times

  • Local Delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 24 hours business days in Nairobi and 48 hours business days to other regions.
  • International Delivery: International orders typically take 7-14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local handling.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Saturday, including some public holidays) from 9am to 5pm. Orders placed outside this periods will be processed on the next business day.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email , sms or whatsapp once your order has
    been shipped. This information allows you to monitor the status and progress of your order.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products, due to size, weight, or material, may have specific shipping restrictions or may not be eligible for delivery to some locations. Please check product pages for specific details.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international shipments, Furaha Finds does not cover customs fees, tariffs, or additional taxes imposed during or after shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer
